"Sailor" Sugarplum

Hair: Mint-green, curly, ankle-length and done up in two rounded buns with white covers. In overall appearance, it's something like candyfloss.
Eyes: Gold

About: Sugarplum's matronly appearance and attitude are somewhat at odds with her small size and the curling antennae and spun-sugar fairy wings she sports. Her entire body sparkles faintly, as though dusted with sugar, and she leaves behind a trail of the stuff everywhere she goes - it melts away almost immediately. Her voice is rather high-pitched and somewhat nasal, carrying a faint German accent. This is much more pronounced when she's audible (see below) or is scolding someone (a fairly frequent occurrence). In personality she's definitely not the delicate, retiring type one would expect a Sugarplum Fairy to be; on the contrary, Sugarplum's quite the take-charge little busybody and tends to be something of a Mama Bear when it comes to her Senshi. As a result, she usually fills a role similar to that of Luna or Artemis, and is far more active a participant than the Sol system's Power Guardians.

Sugarplum is only tangible in the realm of dreams, appearing as a transparent image of herself in the waking world. Her voice is only really audible to dreamers - when in the waking world, she's unable to speak above a faint whisper. As such, she uses dreams as a mode of travel and communication. Though she won't always make herself known to the dreamer, those she's come in contact with in this manner will usually remember upon waking that they had exceptionally vivid, happy dreams while sleeping. If they fell asleep hungry, they were fed all they could eat of their favorite foods. If they were cold, blankets appeared. If a child desired one toy above all others, that toy would be waiting for them. Sugarplum has a habit, despite all her chivvying, of trying to care for those she travels with, and considers it a form of payment.

Sugarplum is the Power Guardian spirit of the planet Pastille, in the Faelune system. At present, she's in search of the next Sailor Pastille, though she's picked up the trail of the Faelune Crystal and followed it to Earth.

Quirks:
• Easily distracted by music, particularly waltzes.
• Loves to dance.
• Attracted to candied fruits, especially when they're being cooked, though she doesn't need to eat.

Notes: Sugarplum's design is a result of me messing around with the Sailor X Generator. It's had some tweaking, though. Unlike the canon Power Guardians, her fuku doesn't match her Senshi's - the Faelune System's fuku all follow Faelune's, which looks somewhat like Lune Ombra's outfit. Sailor Pastille is probably bee-themed.
Sugarplum is also a result of Aura's design challenge - the theme in this case was holidays - or at least the finishing off of her profile is. I'd had the concept kicking around for a while but had no clue what to do with it.
