About: Generally fun-loving, bubbly, and energetic, Bridget is always up for some fun and games. She has an active imagination, loves working on crafty things, and takes special pride in thinking up, planning, and carrying out pranks on friends and foes alike. She loves younger children, and takes every opportunity to babysit, though she's not very good at getting the kids to calm down at bedtime. Bridget is fond of giving surprise gifts to her friends and teachers, usually in the form of tiny pieces of origami (she's particularly fond of "lucky stars", and has decided to make one for every day she spends searching for Sailor Mau, and keep them all in a large bowl), and almost always has her hands busy doing something. She plays with her hair when deep in thought, and tells jokes when nervous. She also loves picking up new skills, learning new crafts, and making new friends, and will tackle anything with amazing persistence until she succeeds. In fact, she seems to relish the challenge of "re-tackling" difficult tasks, though she does have a hard time with completely opening up to people... and language classes.

Snowshoe hails from a close alternate version of SailorMoon's universe in which the planet Mau has two moons; Felis and Cattus. Felis is considered the "wild" moon, and Cattus the "tame" one. Each satellite has a small team of Senshi assigned to assist Mau and its home system. As the last of the Cattus Senshi to awaken after long years of peace, Snowshoe was somewhat late for the party - By the time she appeared, Galaxia had come and gone, Sailor Mau was dead, and Tin Nyanko had usurped her power. Hot on Nyanko's trail with the rest of the Mau System team, Snowshoe heard in passing that Galaxia and her minions had been defeated by SailorMoon, who was living on Earth. Snowshoe promptly broke off for the Sol system in search of SailorMoon and her well-known Mau-born adviser Luna, leaving her compatriots behind.

Somewhere along the way, she slipped from her own universe into this one, but is still unaware of the mishap. Locating Earth, SailorMoon, and Luna, Snowshoe promptly went undercover. When she later met with the Mau Senshi of this universe, she mistook them for her own teammates.

Her "mission" is to locate the newly reborn Sailor Mau, who is believed to be on Earth.

Bridget, upon her arrival on Earth, did some quick reconnaissance and promptly started planning the greatest joke EVER. She absolutely loves "playing human", as she calls it, and is fairly certain nobody finds anything suspicious about her story. Granted, this story was rather hastily made up, and is largely based on Christmas card pictures, but Bridget has faith in it. She is currently posing as an exchange student from Pennsylvania, whose parents are "Totally on their way here - they sent me ahead to start school, y'know?". Said relations may well be en route, as they were left behind all unknowing on Cattus. Bridget's become rather enamored of the warm, simple life she saw illustrated on those Christmas cards, and wants to visit Pennsylvania someday to see if it's really like that.

Back home on Cattus, Bridget idolized Sailor Mau, and was extremely proud to discover that she herself was a Senshi. The fact that her abilities probably won't get much stronger as she gets older doesn't seem to bother her - she likes being in the background wreaking havoc quietly, as opposed to flinging herself to the front of every fight.

She feels "weird" without her natural fur, despite her love of her double role on Earth, and tends to wear warm clothing, even out of season - sweaters, pullovers, legwarmers and the like.

Quirks: Bridget is slightly lactose intolerant; she has trouble with cheese, heavy cream, and whole milk. She's also afraid of the wilderness, especially the woods, and is a little miffed about missing all the Galaxia action - she feels guilty for not being there when Mau needed her.
Likes: Winter, Holidays (especially the winter ones - she can't wait in particular for Halloween), Sunbathing, Hot baths (followed by an all-over treatment with the hair dryer), Small parties, Gossip, Hot cocoa, Welsh Rarebit.
Dislikes: Camping, Deep water, Wet clothing, People with no sense of humor, Having to explain jokes, Being left behind, Stuffed animals (they creep her out), Spinach, Pork chops, and older boys.

Abilities:
•"Cat's Eye": Sharpens eyesight and enhances vision. Snowshoe places her fingertips together before her face, her hands forming an inverted "V" shape. To apply this ability to an ally, she must be facing them and maintain eye contact. Undirected, it will only work on her.
•"Jacob's Ladder": An attack with the yarn balls. When directed at an opponent, it can entangle them briefly. Directed at objects, the resulting web of yarn can serve as an actual ladder, a snare for unwary feet, or can be used to block off doors.
•"Moravian Star": Creates a flurry of small, sharp-edged eight-pointed paper stars.
•"Alley Oops": Creates a sudden spill of glass marbles. Used primarily to trip opponents, but if done in a certain way, the marbles become effective projectiles.
•"Inner Light": Summons a blinding flash of light from the brooch on Snowshoe's chest. The strength of this ability is entirely based on the strength of Snowshoe's faith in herself or others.

Notes:
Snowshoe is, in her natural form, anthropomorphic. My idea here is that her version of Mau was where the most humanoid of the feline people lived - the furrier ones were kept to Mau's moons. Felis was colonized by the most animalistic of all the people of Mau, hence its designation as the "wild" moon.

Being based as she is on the coloration of a Snowshoe Siamese, she's a fairly uniform cream color, with chocolate points that have faint striping higher on her arms and legs, and towards the base of her tail. As a Snowshoe, in addition to this she also sports white "mitts" on her feet, a white belly, white bib on her chest, and a white star in the center of her forehead.

Snowshoe originated from a challenge issued on the ToT Forum. This challenge - to create a Senshi based on either a domesticated or feral species of cat. I picked the Snowshoe because of its markings (even though in real life I seem to be unable to keep around anything but black cats), and her age (11) and primary personality traits (Bubbly, Persistent, Prankster) because I know I was one heck of an annoying kid at that age.
