Name: Peggilu "Peggy" Harris
Age:
24
Height:
5'4", stocky
Skin:
Caucasian
Hair:
Red
Eyes:
Green
About: Peggy is
gregarious, loud, boisterous, and very rough around the edges, but she's
basically a good person. She isn't at all self-conscious or shy and can
usually be found either in the middle of something or creating something to
be in the middle of. A natural magnet for and fount of gossip, Peggy isn't at
all shy or self-conscious, and has no sense of shame... or of fashion. She
never quite managed to finish high school and has no college education
whatsoever, but she works hard enough to make up for it. Oddly enough, for
all of her faults, and despite a vocabulary that routinely makes truckers
blush, Peggy is in fact a regular churchgoer. She adores her
"cousin" Arabelle, whom she's known since
babyhood, and would very much like to be as refined as she is, but finds that
a terribly daunting task. One thing she definitely excels at is being herself. She's rather evasive about what exactly it is she
does for a living.
Quirks: Can
deep-fry ANYTHING, and is well known for it. Has a
number of freckles, some in places that probably shouldn't be on display, but
seem to end up being that way anyway. Secretly displeased with her figure
(she muffin-tops a bit), but admits she loves food too much to solve the
problem. Prefers to go barefoot, regardless of season.
Senshi Name: Sailor Moonshine
Senshi Type: Lesser/Offensive
RoI:
Henshin Item: A large belt buckle featuring the Confederate flag.
Henshin: Peggy grabs her
belt buckle with one hand, throws the other into the air, and shouts
"Y'all watch this!" In a flash of light, a plastic shopping bag
appears at her feet, and more beams of light obscure her body. She crosses
her arms over her chest, each hand on the opposite shoulder, and a white
t-shirt appears on her torso, knotting itself up under her breasts. Peggy
then draws her arms apart and out to the side, and white kitchen gloves
appear on her hands. She spins around with a flirty little jiggle, and a
denim skirt appears around her hips as she then reaches down into the
shopping bag to produce a roll of duct tape. She pulls off a strip, which
becomes a sort of ribbon, forming the trim on her gloves and shirt, her
choker, tiara, belt, and shoes. The bag and duct tape roll both disappear in
a final flash of light. She brushes her hands across the belt buckle again,
and streamers patterned like the Confederate flag wind around her, becoming
her bows. Sailor Moonshine then poses with one hand on her hip, her free arm
bent at the elbow, hand pointing upwards in the classic "my finger is a
gun" pose.
Fuku Style: Sol, Standard
Colors:
P:
White
S:
Denim Blue
T:
Confederate Flag
M: Silver
Abilities:
•"Double-Barrel
Damnation": Summons a pump-action shotgun loaded with either rock salt
or buckshot, depending on how angry Moonshine happens to be. Single attack.
•"Blue-Collar
Boomerang": Sharp-edged Chinet plates, which
Moonshine flings like Frisbees. Produces five projectiles; rapid-fire.
•"Daddy's
Home": Summons a huge leather belt, the end of which Moonshine wraps
around her fist, leaving the buckle free. A slashing whip attack. Stings
quite a bit, and has the unfortunate side-effect of leaving the victim's
posterior rather tan for several hours.
•"Homebrew
Hell: __ Proof": An attack of variable strength, depending on which
"proof" Moonshine calls out. They're all random, but she starts at
90 and works her way up (if she's feeling generous). Causes disorientation,
slowed reflexes, warped vision and in extreme cases severe confusion, burning
and unconsciousness. Guaranteed hangover. Do not attempt to operate any
machinery, heavy or otherwise.

Notes:
Sailor
Moonshine is just a completely random parody. I'm amused she's one of the
very few SM FCs of mine to have a henshin
sequence... and even more amused that she actually got fanart.
I personally do NOT condone
the stereotyping of native Southerners in the US, as both a native myself and
a generally decent adult human being.
Nobody of any race, ethnicity, locality or creed should be judged on
the basis of those things, and stereotypes are unfair and often hurtful no
matter who they’re being applied to or how funny they may be. I have sort of a love-hate
relationship with this character as a result.
