About: Memeko is annoyingly well-developed for an apparent thirteen-year-old, having curves in what are commonly referred to as "all the right places". While she is frequently a lust object for most of the male population of the school, she has eyes only for her "true love", and doesn't give a damn what anyone thinks. Amazingly enough, she's managed to avoid making enemies among the student body, though a lot of the girls are jealous of her figure.

Her default setting seems to be "ditz", and she's rather airheaded most of the time. It's hard to tell if this is a front or not, though. She has a sweet, high-pitched, stereotypically feminine voice and a bubbly, friendly, obnoxiously cute personality.

Memeko is not human at all - she's an advanced android animated by a dating-simulator A.I. Her boss not being the greatest of programmers, something of course went wrong, and she's been glitchy ever since. Memeko comes by her Senshi powers via a Starseed stolen from the Galaxy Cauldron, which Ba'an took control of for a short time, and implanted into her power source. Ba'an made the mistake of giving his experimental Senshi a very powerful weapon, and now that she's out of his control, he may never get it back... or her, for that matter.

When she was sent to Crystal Tokyo to kill Chibiusa, Memeko followed Ba'an's plan of enrolling in the local middle school and disguising herself as a normal human girl in order to get close to her target. Unfortunately, she first encountered her target's friend Kaguya, and it was love at first sight. Memeko knows Kaguya's secret identity as Sailor Diana, the Senshi of Improbability, and will promptly transform and appear wherever Diana pops up. She's fond of stating at least once per fight that if Diana will only give her a kiss, she'll call the whole thing off and settle down.

(note: "settle down" means just that - picket fence, white wedding, cottage in the country - and Kaguya by her side forever)

Meme was sent to her past (our future) by an entity calling itself Overlord Ba'an with instructions to take out Chibi Moon before she becomes powerful. Unfortunately, not only is Meme a terrible choice of villainous lackeys, she's also completely forgotten her mission in light of a passionate obsession with her personal nemesis, Sailor Diana.

• Freakishly strong when angry or frightened.
• Capable of emitting sparkles and changing the hue of ambient light in her immediate area.

• Vulnerable to EMPs and strong magnetic fields, and gets slow if she doesn't sleep enough.

• "--- Reset": Changes the aspect of Meme's weapon. Her forehead symbol changes color to reflect the type of attack she's about to use. "Hard" Reset invokes a seriously damaging attack, "Soft" Reset is merely laughable.
• "Ba'an Hammer!": Activates the Hammer for a random attack. Anything it does will result in a cliche or meme of some kind, and the Hammer squeaks every time it impacts something.
• "PermaBa'an!": Meme's ultimate attack, this is capable of simply ending whatever reality she happens to be in. Fortunately, she only has access to this attack when almost defeated or extremely upset.
