About: Shy but affectionate, she tends to shadow other Senshi, attempting to provide aid and comfort without being noticed, though the sound of the chimes she wears almost always gets someone's attention. Lune has a habit of mimicking others, playing at eating or drinking especially - she seems to gather her nourishment from incense smoke, scented oils and scented candles. She's particularly enchanted by Earth and its inhabitants, especially the large numbers of Senshi who seem to have congregated here, and feels secure in the knowledge that she can hide among them as long as she likes. Once she overcomes her shyness around other people, she's quite friendly, if reserved. She fears death, and to a certain extent what she perceives as the loss of herself.

Lune is a living Starseed; the primary Sailor Crystal for the long-lost Faelune System. A realtively young Starseed, Lune was shocked when her host body, Sailor Faelune, suffered a severe lapse of faith at a critical moment and was killed. Before the freed Sailor Crystal could be snatched up by Faelune's killer (thus rendering her one of Galaxia's minions, an Animate), the murderer was dispatched by another of Faelune's team. Lune has wandered the Galaxy ever since, hoping to avoid conflict and her own demise.

Quirks: Lune is built along the lines of what humans would consider a fairy - tiny, with oversized eyes, hands and feet. She has no visible ears. A large, glowing pair of moth wings sprout from her lower back.
•Smells like sweet persimmon blossoms.
•Glows in correspondence with the phase of the moon.
•Becomes less tangible in bright light.
•Though she has a mouth, it doesn't seem to move when she speaks - Lune's voice is high-pitched, tinkly and sweet.
Likes: Wind chimes, Mimosa blossoms, fireflies, sparklers and balmy summer evenings. Particularly loves fuurin.
Dislikes: Rain, cold, strong winds, too much attention, intense fighting, bright light and crowds.

Abilities:
•"Fairy Dust": Lune gathers sparkling dust from her wings and blows it into an opponent's face, putting them into a light sleep.
•"Fairy Light": Creates a globe of yellow-green light 3" in diameter. Lune herself can direct it, or can bestow it on someone else. Duration 1 hour.
•"Fairy Kiss": Heals minor wounds, cures headaches and anxiety.

Notes: Lune is another experiment with the rules of the SM Universe. Last time, it was the effect a Senshi has on the formation of her own fuku . This time I went for broke and started messing with Starseeds. Remembering that ChibiChibi is in some cases said to be a Starseed herself, and not an actual person, I went with that tangent, since I'd discussed the idea a little with Lei anyway. The theory is this: On its own, a Sailor Crystal has powers and maybe in some cases sentience, but really only becomes formidable when paired with a compatible host body to become a full Senshi. The Senshi shapes the Starseed's power according to what he or she is, has been through, and hopes to be in the future. This is why Lune doesn't have an official ROI or weapons or anything, and why she isn't exactly a person, more of a being. And also why she's so small.

Inspired by Lorelei and her Sailor Flutura (with permission). Lune is loosely based on the Luna moth . As for where she gets her "fairy" themed abilities, that's anyone's guess, but it seemed to make sense at the time.
