Villain - Civilian

Title: Sammael
Realm of Influence: Chaos
Starseed:

Appearance: Sammael prefers clothing that presents a "rough" image of himself. To that end, he has a penchant for leather, animal hide if he can get it, denim, work-belts, and similar accoutrement. Most men of his size and shape couldn't pull this image off, but somehow Sammael manages it, most likely through force of personality. His most recent ensemble consists of a black vest worn loose over a plain maroon shirt. The shirt is usually untucked, open to the sternum, and rather rumpled. One or more leather belts cross low on his hips, over a pair of well-worn bootcut jeans. To this Sammael adds reptile-skin boots, a wallet-chain, and a variety of mismatched earrings worn in his left ear.

Weapons: None

Attacks:

“Destruction of Hope”: Pulls opponents within a five-foot radius into a “pocket” reality, created through powerful sorcery, where he can manifest any weapon he pleases. The effect lasts as long as Sammael’s power reserves and/or concentration do.

Abilities: Sammael can take on the appearance of anyone he’s physically touched before - a power similar to the effect of SailorMoon's Disguise Pen. Any additional magical abilities remain unknown at this time. Suffice it to say, however, Sammael is capable of holding his own in a fist-fight.

Vulnerabilities: Arrogance, a trait he inherited from his mother. Having lived for so long watching and waiting, Sammael feels his plan to claim the Gates is flawless. Unfortunately, he doesn’t anticipate any wildcards.

History: After the fall of the Silver Millennium and years of travelling this Universe and others, Caspar settled in the Hub of Canyon's Edge as the enigmatic Sammael, where he found the reborn Lillis as well as Dark Traveller. Sammael promptly reclaimed the former Princess as his own and took over Dark Traveller's "Dark Cathedral" as a base of operations. He even went so far as to claim to be Dark Traveller to gain notoriety amongst the citizens of Canyon’s Edge. In his quest to do away with the Guardians and thus gain control over their respective Gates, Sammael has recruited a group of rogue Senshi and bound them to himself, convincing Persephone of the necessity of destroying Serenity and her Court in order to resurrect her people and bring back Ceres.

REFERENCE

Name: Caspar
Age: 25
Height: 5'11", lean.
Skin: Caucasian pale.
Eyes: Dark red.
Hair: Silver, usually worn slicked back and ending at the nape of his neck, with a somewhat bushy forelock that tends to spring up in the front. While not exactly hirsute, Sammael is a bit furrier than usual, and he uses this to further accent his image by cultivating a short goatee and a long pair of sideburns.

Dream: To destroy all three of the Guardians and lay claim to their Gates , thus controlling the flow of time and space travel, and even the balance of life and death in this World.

Personality: Put simply, Sammael is a cocky bastard. He's secure in the knowledge that whatever he has planned will work, in exactly the way he wants it to, and nothing will go wrong along the way. Usually, that's just what happens. Sammael has a lot of charm, mostly of the animal magnetism variety, and uses it ruthlessly to get what he wants. He may string females along convincingly enough, but makes it a policy never to get involved with anyone. Despite this, and probably because of long years of companionship, the closest relationship he has with any of the Dark Senshi happens to be with Demeter.
With other men, Sammael tends to be more of a bully than a charmer. In general he's easily annoyed, has a dark sense of humor, enjoys a casual drink now and then, likes his steaks rare, and finds "pretty" men disturbing.

Personal History: Caspar was the son of a noble family in the Spica system. After his planet's corruption by Chaos, he went to the Sol system to observe the powerful Moon Kingdom. He made quick work of seducing the Princess of Ceres and beginning the spread of Chaos there, setting up the Chaos Church. Seeking more of a toehold, Caspar attempted to befriend the three Guardians, but only succeeded in winning Hades over. His plan met an untimely end when Ceres attempted a premature attack on the Moon, resulting in the planet's destruction and the exile of its Princess.
